Sometimes you can get too close to a problem. You can only see one interpretation of it and you are blind to another viewpoint. Perhaps it’s time to take a step back. Imagine you had to describe your problem to an alien. What would you say? What do you think they would be thinking? And how would that change your initial idea?
Originally these were a collection ideas for solving problems based on the answers to a simple question "What did you do to solve the last problem you faced". Answers were illustrated and turned into a deck of 32 cards to be used to solve problems; the thinking being that if they worked for other people they might help you.
